On December 7, 2016, we discussed both legal and policy-related with UJC's International Refugee Assistance Project and the lived experience of this crisis by Manar Alnuaimi, prior to President Trump's unconstitutional Muslim ban in January of 2017.


Mac McEachin
National Security Policy Associate, International Refugee Assistance Project

Mac is a 2016 graduate of London School of Economics’ MSc in Comparative Politics, having obtained his B.A. cum laude from Temple University’s Political Science program in 2011. Between universities, Mac worked for Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, as well as on several political campaigns, and briefly attended Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Julie Kornfeld is a Skadden Fellow in IRAP’s New York office. Julie is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where she was named a Dean’s Public Service Fellow and a Program in Refugee and Asylum Law Fellow.
